Condolences Letter
Dear Family, Relatives, and Friends
It is with great sadness to hear that Mr. Thien Sanh Phan as known as Haji Soleh Phan, an active member of Advisor Board of IOC-Champa has passed away at a private residence on April 10, 2017 in San Francisco, California at age of 87 (1930 -2017).
He had been an ardent supporter of IOC since day one. He and his family have contributed greatly to the success of the IOC throughout the duration of his life. His death signals a big loss for IOC and also for the Cham community in The USA.
On behalf of all members of IOC-Champa, We would like to express our most sincere deepest condolences to his family, relatives and friends for this loss.
May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant him the highest place in heaven.
